Enjoy Tampa Bay’s waterways from a Stand Up Paddle Board or a Kayak! You will see exotic birds, secret inlets, and beautiful scenery unreachable in any other way!

Step off the land and join us on the water and energize yourself. You will experience the closest thing to walking on water and the sensation of floating. As you float over the water you enjoy the warmth of the sun, feel the calm breeze and watch amazing sea life pass underneath you.

SUP is like walking on water. SUP uses a paddle to move through the water while standing on a Board. You are standing in the water looking at the horizon and enjoying the views all around you.

We offer the following programs that include being outdoors enjoying our beautiful waterways and sea life.

SUP ECO ADVENTURES (SEA) – Join our Marine Biologist Alexis Meyer to SUP (or Kayak) and enjoy our beautiful waterways to see:

Saltwater trips may include the open water of the Gulf of Mexico to the mangroves, tidal flats and back bays of Tampa Bay. You may Paddle with Dolphins and/or Manatees, You may well spot such magnificent birds as the southern Bald Eagle, White Pelicans, and Great Blue Heron.


Freshwater trips with beautiful tropical scenery will provide a look at abundant bird life, turtles, raccoons, otters, wild turkey, osprey and even alligators. (Don't worry, alligators don't particularly like humans and will try to avoid us as much as we do them)

With our Marine Biologist as your guide, you will learn about the habitat, wildlife, plant life, culture, and history of our area.

We offer guided SUP/Kayak eco-tours of all types, from bird-watching eco tours, family fun adventures and island hopping. If you are a photographer, naturalist, bird lover, or just enjoy the outdoors, then you will want to join us on one of our tours. We can customize just the type of tour that you want. There is a wide array of sandy beaches where you can picnic and swim. Depending on the tide and weather, we will make suggestions on the most scenic, leisurely, and safest routes to take.

Cost for a 3 hour eco-tour is $70.00/person and the use of equipment. A 2-person minimum. Discounted rates available for groups.

There are plenty of photo opportunities so make sure to bring along your camera! We provide dry bags, local knowledge and fun! You bring your sunscreen, water and possibly some food for afterward. I would suggest cameras that have a case of some sort. There is a good possibility that you will get wet.

SUP Yoga - Do yoga on an SUP. Yoga and stand up paddle boarding just seem to go together. Yoga and the extra balance required by being on the water intensifies your yoga practice. The peacefulness of floating on the water with yoga is meditative, challenging and fun.

SUP Meditation - Meditate on the SUP. Being on the water in any way is meditating in itself, but this session will combine the synergy of the water, the rhythm of nature, and the power of meditation for a powerful yet relaxing mind, body and spirit experience.

SUPercise (SUP Fitness) - Boot Camp fitness on the SUP. This program includes a combination of yoga and strength training. Stand-up paddling is the best cross training exercise in the world, which makes this sport so fantastic because you use every muscle in your entire body to keep your balance. The combination of paddling and balance coordination improves your overall fitness. With this program your core, balance, strength, endurance and flexibility will reach a new level.

The cost for the SUP Yoga/Meditation/Fitness trips for approximately an hour and a half is $25.00/person. Packages are available:

10 classes for $200.00 ($20.00/class)
20 classes for $300.00 ($15.00/class)
These packages can be used interchangeably for the above classes only.

Stand Up Paddle Boards or Kayaks are not included in the cost. An additional $35.00 per class will be charged for board/kayak use.

KaYoga – You will Kayak or SUP to an island to practice yoga on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This program offers the use of a Kayak or a SUP for the trip to the island. On the way to the island you may encounter a Dolphin, Birds and other wildlife. The trip takes about 3 hours total - about a half-hour to 45 minutes Kayaking each way, an hour yoga class, and possibly time left over to explore the island for a while. Kayakercise – Here you will Kayak or SUP to an island for Boot Camp fitness training. For details and guidelines see KaYoga.net. $70.00 per person. 2-person minimum. Discounted group rates are available.

UP and Yoga Teacher Training (40 hour CEU Yoga Alliance)In this course you will learn everything you need to know in order teach a fun, safe and exciting Stand Up Paddle/Yoga class, from type of gear needed to meditation. Cost is $630.00.

Join us for one or all of our programs to improve your overall fitness while enjoying our waterways as you never have before. You won’t be disappointed!

We also teach a yoga series as well as a strength training series specifically for enhancing Stand Up Paddle Boarding.

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRIPS. CALL 727-466-7994 TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION. 
 A Visa or MasterCard will be required to reserve a space. Your card will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 per person, the balance will be charged the day of the trip. Once reserved, No-Shows will be charged for the trip and there are no refunds. YOU MUST BRING A SIGNED WAIVER WITH YOU - Print out form, sign and bring the day of the trip. A waiver for each person is required.

CANCELLATION - Once a reservation is made, 48 hours notice must be given or you will be charged for the trip. No exception to this rule. You will not be charged for cancellations due to weather, water conditions, etc. Since cancellations are possible - it is advisable to contact us if you are in doubt.

We recommend you bring a big beach towel as your mat for the yoga portion. All trips you should bring your own water, refreshments, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we are the water, and because of circumstances beyond our control, trips may have to be cut short. "Rain Checks" are not provided for another trip because of trips ending before the scheduled time.
